At SOBY, progress always comes with a look back at the milestones that have shaped our pride and learning. That’s why we’ve taken a moment to reflect on the year gone by and consider which experiences we’ll carry with us into 2026. Thank you to everyone who has been part of our year — we look forward to seeing you in the next!
One of the highlights of the year was our nomination for the Business Award of the Year in our local community. Being acknowledged among the region’s strong companies was a tremendous honor.
We are also proud to have received the CSR People label for our local and social commitment. This is an area we work on with intention — not as a standalone effort, but as a natural part of how we run our business. Our employees and local partnerships are at the heart of this work, and the recognition means a great deal to the entire SOBY team.
The year also brought external attention. Danish national television paid us a visit to discuss the situation in Ukraine, and co-owner and director Mette Frantsen shared her reflections on challenges created by the conflict for the industry and for companies with trade relations in the region.
Throughout the year, both Danish and international dealers visited SOBY. Our dealer network and product training sessions give us the opportunity to strengthen relationships, share knowledge, and demonstrate how our solutions make a real difference in practice.
Our showroom played an important role - a space we already use actively for demonstrations, training, and dialogue, and one that we look forward to making even more use of in the year ahead.
Perhaps the most meaningful celebration of the year was the 10-year anniversary of the company’s third generation of owners, marking a decade with Mette Frantsen and Morten Frantsen at the helm. It was a day that brought together employees, family, and friends — filled with celebration and reflection on the journey SOBY has been on since the generational transition.
