At SOBY, we are proud to support Child Helpline Denmark, an initiative run by the Danish organization Børns Vilkår (Danish Child Welfare Organization).
The helpline is an essential service for children and young people across Denmark – a safe space where they can reach out anonymously and free of charge whenever they face challenges in life or simply need a caring adult to talk to.
Every day, Child Helpline Denmark receives calls and messages from children struggling with everything from loneliness, bullying, and emotional distress to questions about family, school, body, and friendships.
The counsellors are trained volunteers who offer time, presence, and support when a child is alone with difficult thoughts. This sense of safety and availability is exactly what makes the helpline a service that creates a real and tangible difference.
Our support for Child Helpline Denmark is rooted in a strong tradition at SOBY: we want to contribute to initiatives that promote community, health, and well-being – both locally and nationally.
