SOBY has been re-awarded with the CSR People badge

SOBY has been re-awarded the CSR People badge by our local community. The badge is a recognition of our ongoing efforts to take social responsibility and support people who are on the edge of the labor market.

The re-awarding means that our work to create space for different life situations continues to meet the criteria set by our municipality. This is, among other things, about giving people the opportunity to develop skills, gain connections to the labor market and experience value in a meaningful working life.

For us, CSR People is not an isolated initiative, but part of our way of doing business. We believe that responsibility and business can go hand in hand – and that companies play an important role in creating a more inclusive labor market.

We are proud of the re-award and see it as both a recognition and an obligation to continue to take responsibility.

What does the CSRpeople badge mean?

The CSRpeople badge is given to local companies that, in cooperation with Skive Municipality and the local employment office, Jobcenter Skive:

• Reach out to people on the edge of the labor market and provide opportunities for those who have difficulty in finding a foothold in working life.
  
  
• Work on retention and prevention by prioritizing well-being and preventing sick leave for our employees.
