Svitlana is E-commerce and Sales Coordinator with responsibility for online trading at SOBY. She has a bachelor's degree in international trade and marketing, and is ready when the dealers need help on the website and dealer portal. Svitlana believes that the combination of traditional sales and online shopping has given her the opportunity to offer a completely new level of service – something that motivates her a lot in her daily work.
Advice and help for the dealer portal
When dealers and business partners use SOBY's dealer portal, they sometimes need help. Here, it is Svitlana that users meet when they write or call. Her job is to help the dealers navigate the website and dealer portal, guide them to find the products and help with online orders.
From traditional sales to e-commerce
Svitlana says that her job has developed a lot since she was hired. From having handled the traditional contact and advice with the customers, she is now also responsible for e-commerce, and her tasks have therefore taken on a digital dimension. In addition, she is a significant part of SOBY's activities in Ukraine, which is Svitlana's original homeland. She contributes with language skills and a knowledge of the country's culture and norms, which is of great value to both SOBY and the cooperation partners in Ukraine.
Can offer a higher level of service – and that motivates!
Svitlana believes that the combination of traditional sales and online shopping has given her the opportunity to reach a completely new level of service. "My task is to make working with us as easy as possible. This applies both when they call or use the webshop. The customers themselves can access documentation and order goods whenever they want – and if they need help, it is quickly resolved. I am very motivated when customers think they are getting good service. It makes me happy that I can help make a difference for them", she explains.
