From June 2025, digital user guides will become standard at SOBY. We are phasing out the printed guides that were previously sent with all products. This provides easier access to the material and at the same time contributes to a more sustainable solution.
User manuals for our machines have been available on our website under the dealer portal and via our product catalog for several years. This means that both dealers and farmers always have access to the latest version – right at their fingertips and without having to keep track of folders and papers.
As part of our strategy to take responsibility for the environment and become more sustainable, the physical user manual will be made optional from June 2025. They can still be ordered free of charge either separately or as part of an order. This saves paper, printing and transport.
All user manuals will receive a unique article number and will be displayed under accessories for the relevant machine in the webshop. This also makes it possible to order physical user manuals in all available languages.
Over the past few years, we have put digitization at the center as a strategic goal, not only to modernize our internal processes, but also to create value for dealers and customers.
By digitizing, we support our dealers in becoming more competitive - first and foremost by giving them the tools to provide better service and support. This creates real value for farmers and across the entire value chain.
